A clearer reference for gold value
Gold Spot Now is a small English-language reference tool for checking a current XAU/USD spot value and translating it into common weights, purities, and currencies.
What this tool does
The site starts with a gold spot reference, converts the troy-ounce price into other weights, and applies transparent theoretical purity factors such as 22/24 or 18/24. It presents those results as estimates so a reader can understand the basis of a number.
The same server-side market snapshot supports the homepage, unit pages, purity pages, and calculator. Each page shows the source, provider time where available, currency reference date, and whether a value is fresh or cached.
What this tool does not do
- It does not provide a guaranteed dealer, retail, resale, or buyback price.
- It does not appraise jewellery, coins, bars, condition, craftsmanship, or assay results.
- It does not forecast markets, execute trades, manage money, or give investment advice.
A deliberately small scope
The current product has no user account, payment flow, advertising, analytics, or saved portfolio. The focus is a lightweight reference and calculation experience with clear limitations instead of a broader financial product.
